NEX-Forms - PayPal Add-on - Documentation
Thank you for choosing NEX-Forms - PayPal add-on.
VIA WordPress

After your download log into your WordPress admin interface

After login click on Plugins from the left hand menu

Click on “Add new”

Click on “Upload”
-
Browse to the directory you downloaded the plugin to and click “Install Now”

After Wordpress has finished unpacking the file click on “Activate Plugin”

After the plugin has been activated go to NEX-Forms and you will see a new tab in the top strip called "PayPal"
VIA FTP

After your download unzip Nex-Forms add-on from your download .zip

Open your FTP client
-
Browse to /your_wp_instalation/wp-content/plugins/ server

Upload Nex-Forms add-on into this directory

Go to your wordpress admin panel

Go to plugins and activate NEX-Forms

After the plugin has been activated go to NEX-Forms and you will see a new tab in the top strip called "PayPal"

After Plugin Activation Go to your Admin Dashboard and navigate to NEX-Forms from the left hand menu.

Click on the PayPal Tab on the top strip

You will notice PayPal Setup and Item Setup

Go to PayPal
Choose yes if you want your form to be redirected to paypal after submission. NOTE: Keep normal On submit option to AJAX.

Environment
Use sanbox or live environment for your paypal redirect. Use sanbox to test.

Business
Add your paypal merchant ID/email address here. Note that you will have a different address for sanbox testing

Return URL
Add the URL to where the user will be redirected after payment. This should preferably go back to your site to capture the information sent back from paypal.

Currency
This is the currency the user will be paying you in.

Language
This is the language paypal will be displayed in for the user.
Click on PayPal on the top strip and then click on Item Setup
Click The Button called "Add Item"
You now have a new Item to setup
- Item Name
Enter the item name. This will be displayed on the paypal checkout page.

Quantiy: There are 2 ways to enter the quantity namely static and mapping a field in order for the user input to define the desired quantity.
Static: Enter the desired quantity that will be used to calculate the item price.
Map Field:This will give the user the ability to control the item quantity from a selected field. Select the field that will be used for the item quantity.

Amount: There are 2 ways to enter the amount namely static and mapping a field in order for the user input to define the amount. For example selecting Product A or Product B that has different prices.
Static: Enter the desired amount that will be used to calculate the item price.
Map Field:This will give the user the ability select different values that you provide in your form to be used to calculate the final amount.
NOTE: You can drag and drop items to sort them into your desired position.
For the best support results use the form found by clicking NEX-Forms top right and then Support! There are alternatives to support but we recomend this.
